K310 is titled "Long Live The Queen" and K311 is titled "The Ultimatum"
Pretty interesting titles for the 2 episodes just before the finale, so it does seem like this is where Earth Queen Hou-Ting comes back into things and I would assume the action returns to Ba Sing Se.
