I know everyone is distracted by Book 3 Change, but let's not forget that San Diego Comic Con is coming up at the end of the month. We have finally got the Korra panel confirmed thanks to
Hollywood Reporter.
The panel is called "
Legend of Korra: Book Three" which makes sense as we will be around half way through Book 3 by the time the panel comes around, Book 3 episode 8 and 9 will air the night of the panel. Also Janet Varney will be signing at the Nick booth.
The time, date and location is as follows, Friday, July 25 at 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., Ballroom 20. So Korra is in one of the bigger panel rooms which makes complete sense.
Other than that we have no description of what to expect from the panel(This will probably come out in the next week or so). I would assume they will talk about the second half of Book 3 and explain a bit of the concepts behind the new Book 3 characters. I assume they will do an episode screening, which could work well with the people there getting to see episode 8 a few hours before we see it on tv.
It certainly looks to be an interesting panel, if not just because of how crazy the last few months have been. I doubt they will do a Q and A session if not just to avoid the tough questions aimed at Nick.
