Yes the Korra SDCC Panel has been announced.

The Legend Of Korra Panel is on Friday, July 19th from 11:15am to 12:15pm in Ballroom 20.
Along with this we have news that before comic con on the Ibook store, something called The Legend of Korra: Enhanced Experience will be available from July 2nd. This will feature concept art, in-depth look into characters, animatics, storyboards and more. We have 1 image of this Enhanced experience.
From the animatic preview image it appears to be the same one we saw at SDCC last year with Mako chasing some Triads on his motorbike. Plus it is always great to see Korra's Book 2 design.
